How to back up registry?

Windows XP
  1. Click Start-> Run
  2. Type %SystemRoot%\system32\restore\rstrui.exe and click OK.
  3. You will see a Welcome to System Restore page. Click on Create a restore point and click Next .
  4. On the Create a Restore Point page, type a name for the restore point and then click Create.
  5. After the restore point has been created, click Close.
